Reservations must be cancelled within 72 hours prior to arrival. A one night deposit is required upon booking. *Advance purchase rates are non-refundable.
Check-in is at 3 pm, check-out is at 11 am. Early check-in and late check-out are based on availability and may cost additional fees. Please check with the Front Desk at check-in for availability.
We do not provide airport transportation but recommend using Robert's Hawaii Shuttle Service.
Wayfinder Waikiki offers valet parking for $45, inclusive of in and out privileges. Limited availability.
Yes, we allow dogs only, two dogs per room with no weight restrictions. Pet fees are $35 plus tax daily per pet, and a refundable $100 pet deposit is required upon check-in.
All rooms are non-smoking, but there is a designated smoking area right outside of the lobby.
Yes, luggage storage is available.
Microwaves are subject to availability.
Yes, each room has an electronic safe.
Yes. Our hotel offers connecting rooms that can accommodate up to 8 guests traveling together. Connecting rooms can be requested and will be honored based upon availability on the day of availability. To guarantee connecting rooms, there is an additional cost per night, per room.
Both the pool and hot tubs are open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
The ice machines are located on the 3rd and 7th floors.
Beach chairs and boogie boards, pool towels, and Go Pros are available at the front desk and included as part of the resort fee.
Based on availability cribs are an additional cost per night plus tax.
Based on availability, rollaway beds are an additional cost per night plus tax.
